Jan Reynolds
Director and Secretary, Treasurer
Jan Reynolds is a proud native of Mount Vernon, Ohio. Being raised in such a caring and safe environment Jan has been inspired to work toward helping to provide that same experience for the community, especially its children.
After graduating from Mt. Vernon High School and then Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Administration-Marketing, Jan joined the family business, Connell's Furniture, where she worked for 12 years until taking time off to raise a family. She is married to Ken Reynolds with three children.
Jan volunteered in several capacities in the local schools, later became the elementary and middle school substitute librarian, and spent several years as a volunteer and leader of Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. Always serving in her church mostly with children, youth, and music Jan is a member of Gay Street United Methodist Church and currently the Assistant Children's Choir Director and Youth Coordinator. Jan is a member of the Heritage Singers, an acapella group, and treasurer of the local Crop Walk. Her hobbies include working out, crossword puzzles, travel, and cooking.
"Karen has provided a new chapter in my life with this endeavor. I am honored to carry out her vision of improving the quality of life in this community through the Ariel Foundation."
